OnePlus company was keen in entering the Indian markets and there was a lot of buzz regarding this. Their forum also mentioned that they would follow a new India specific invite system, surprisingly it seems they might use Amazon.in for selling their products. I am not sure if it will be invitation based but whatever system they use, it will go out of stock soon.
With reference to the OnePlus one (OPO) handset – well check the review that I have already done. It is the best in terms of everything and even the price. OPO is using qualcomm snapdragon 801 quad core processor clocked at 2.5GHz (MSM8974Pro-AC) with Adreno 330 GPU. It runs CyanogenMod based on KitKat 4.4.4 – and yes it will get the Android L update.
There is 3GB RAM, 64GB storage (yes 64GB) and no external card support. Screen is 5.5 inches with FHD resolution. It is a single SIM handset with 4G support. Rear camera is 13MP can shoot 4K videos and front camera is 5MP. Key features are 4G, 3G, 2G, Wi-Fi, GPS, NFC and Bluetooth. There is 3100 mAh Li-po battery with very good backup.
So the OnePlus One is coming exclusively on Amazon.in, price not disclosed yet, but expected to be under Rs. 25,000, stay tuned.
